Hello and thank you for visiting our website. We here at Kerfoot Enterprises are a small, family-run home improvement company. One advantage of our size is that we do not have several projects running at the same time and are able to stay focused on your project needs. We feel this is an advantage for you as the customer because we are able to have a more direct relationship with you.
Due to the fact that we do nearly 90% of the work ourselves (without subcontractors) and provide real-time consultation as we progress with your project, we as a team can strive to accomplish the vision of your project. Home improvement is a tricky endeavor when we are tasked with the marriage of an old, nonfunctional design/layout and creating a new design that features the new demands of the space that you as the customer wish to fulfill. We are very experienced with dealing with all of the problems that present themselves as we progress through the dismantling of the old to the transformation of installing the new.

This is where all ideas are presented on the table for the project vision that you as the customer are seeking
Be it a Kitchen, bathroom or addition. all of these have multiple aspects that are to be integrated into the designated project. These will be thoroughly discussed during our meetings.
I find several meetings might be required just to get the essences of the prospective project. I suggest this because through my experience, my customers and myself seem to generate new ideas that can be incorporated into the project as we put time between meetings.
I also am strong proponent on the future proofing of these project in these conversation,
(I.E.) multiple home projects that might be on a future wish list after this present project is completed. That way all transition to the next project are address and should allow easier integration without much interruption.
