Hello folks, we are a small family run construction company,
We are very comfortable with kitchens, bathrooms, Additions, decks, screen porches, decks, fences.
I have almost 50 years experience at doing this, my 2 sons have close to 15 years each working with me.
We love what we do, depending on the project, we perform over 95% of the work.

I've worn many hats in my 48 years of doing this, from carpenter apprentice, carpenter foreman, construction superintendent,(from site to finish superintendent), overseas project manager, 15 years quality control manager certification and many bouts with self-employment. This experience resulting in learning many lessons over the years on all the projects that I've worked that had deadlines and quality inspections, in other words if it didn't match the expectation of the customer you don't get paid.

We at Kerfoot Enterprises LLC strive to insure that we hold a higher level of attention to our projects, using the best products available that will fit inside the projects budgets. With our history of striving for quality work, it has resulted in several customers, who after our first project, have had us do several other projects
due to the relationship that has develop with the expectation of a quality product.

Preconstruction Design
This is the beginning, sitting at your kitchen table or living room couch, In our first meeting your ideas for your new project are conveyed as to the design and functions that you as the customer anticipated. My job is to bring this to a clear understanding so that I can present a clear design with an accurate estimate
Design & Construction Estimate
This is where I put preconstruction Ideas down on paper. Putting design ideas into drawings reflecting the scope of details that have been conveyed. Pulling an estimate together so you have an idea of the costs. This is the meat and potatoes of bringing these preconstruction Ideas with a clear understanding so that I can present a clear design with and accurate estimate
On-Site Consultations
We are very big with ON-SITE consultations, This is where all ideas are brought to fruition. The greater the size of the project the more hidden aspects not anticipated show their ugly heads and also new ideas to the new space open up the imagination to what else can be done as these projects are in motion
