Interior Whole House Renovations and Improvements
Working in Fairfax County there a lot of houses that were built back in 50''s and 60's that still have the same features that were stellar back in the day but are now obsolete with the style and products that are available in todays world
This is where whole renovations are needed to bring these houses to more functional efficient dwelling
We find metal kitchen cabinets, chipped cast iron tubs, metal single pane windows, cookie cutter floor designs, old galvanized drain pipe (majority are clogged). This is just the tip of the iceberg relative to the outdated conditions of these houses. A lot of these houses actually have what I call good bones, (the basic structure) so interior renovations can be contain within the existing footprint of these structures
This is well within are capabilities to make this happen, truth be told we love these challenges, This is best done after purchase and before move in, or schedule the project in phases if Homeowner is living in the house during the project
